Summary
As Mankind heads toward what is referred to ‘The global village’, in theory at least, and movements of all resource become easier, it remains remarkable that no adequate form of Global Leadership exists, along with an absence of satisfactory ‘global’ controls, but it is feasible to work toward changes in these inadequate situations.

Whatever the adequacies of nations, or otherwise, and the Leadership responsible for them, a more-appalling situation exists on a global basis in the sense that, in what is now increasingly referred to as ‘The global village’, there is no adequate global Leadership in existence.
It is true, there are many institutions, and even commercial corporations, that have an extensive reach, but the Internet is one of few infrastructures that has a near-global reach, even though suppressed in some regions.
Much worse, to the extent that Political Leadership has a far-reaching responsibility, it is largely made up of specific types of people, for example, those directly involved with the ‘Legal’ professions, and so not adequately representative of wider interests by nature of their naturally-narrowed focus.
To exacerbate this far-from-ideal position, to the extent that ‘checks & balances’ are conducted on the outcome of the execution of their duties, and their actions, it is almost all ‘policed’ by their own – simplistically: politicians policing politicians, to far too great an extent.
No matter the intellectual intelligence of the individuals concerned, or the level of their integrity and intentions, when these shortcomings are combined with the fact that “None of them have received adequate formal education about Life”, then the seriousness of the situation becomes more apparent.
Of equal importance, to the extent that any of the multi-national Leaders has awareness of the detail of the Core Consultancy information that pertains to Life subjects, or how to employ it expediently, there exists remarkably little evidence of it being applied for the benefit of Humanity, let-alone Life on the wider scale.
It is for reasons such as these why the founder of ‘The Wital Project’ committed to the ideal of “Making freely available to every man, woman and child on the planet the best possible Consultancy about Life-related issues”.
It is also why there is a commitment to eventually achieve the higher ideal of helping to identify the ‘Individual & Universal Understandings of Life’ that pertain to everyone, and apply to everyone, which is another long-overdue Humanitarian task.
With the enormity of these tasks, and time being against a semi-retired individual, help is needed.
It is also needed because the challenges of being able to meaningfully deliver Consultancy of this magnitude are considerable.
It is for reasons such as these why the search for all possible assistance with the inevitable delivery tasks of ‘The Wital Project’ to permit time for this equally-demanding ‘IUUL’ task.
